The Associate Quality Supervisor is an experienced quality professional who leads quality improvement efforts, compliance activities, investigations, and process optimization initiatives within assigned operations. This individual contributor role serves as a technical leader and trusted partner to Operations, Sales, Customer Service, EHS, and Project Management teams while driving quality performance, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
SAP, Fusion, QT9, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
ASQ, Internal Auditor, Lean, Continuous Improvement, OSHA, or related quality certifications preferred.
Regulatory Knowledge, Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving, Data Analysis & Reporting, Compliance & Quality Standards, Project Leadership, Business Acumen, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing & Safety Knowledge, Supplier Quality Management, Customer Support, Collaboration, and Training & Mentorship.
