Job summary

Evergen is seeking a Quality Supervisor in Alachua, FL to lead daily Quality Control operations, inspections, and release activities while balancing customer commitments and business objectives.

You will develop and monitor area KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with Manufacturing, QA, Engineering, and Logistics to remove barriers and improve throughput. A strong leader with 3+ years of quality experience and 2+ years of supervision is needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in quality in a regulated environment.
• 2+ years of direct leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficient with ERP and QMS systems; strong documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily Quality Control operations, ensuring timely review, inspection, and release activities.
• Develops, monitors, and communicates area performance metrics, KPIs to drive accountability and visibility.
• Leads investigations related to quality events and CAPAs with cross-functional teams.
• Supports resource planning by identifying constraints and future needs to support growth.
• Partners with Manufacturing, QA, Engineering and Logistics to remove barriers and improve throughput.

Quality Supervisor

Full-Time Alachua, FL, US

Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

Location: Alachua, FL

Annual Bonus Opportunity up to $8,000

• Oversees daily Quality Control operations, ensuring timely review, inspection, and release activities while balancing customer commitments, departmental priorities, and business objectives
• Develops, monitors, and communicates area performance metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability, operational visibility, and continuous improvement
• Responsible for effective resource planning by identifying capacity constraints, operational risks and future resource requirements to support projected increases in production volume and organization growth.
• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Control processes, procedures, systems, and workflows to improve efficiency, record keeping practices, and scalability.
• Supervises and encourages personnel through coaching, performance management, succession planning, training, and employee development
• Leads investigations related to quality events, nonconformances, and process deviations by facilitating root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions through cross-functional collaboration.
• Partners with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Logistics, and other stakeholders to remove operational barriers, improve throughput, and optimize movement of product through the quality system. Pa
• Oversees personnel management including scheduling, staffing, PTO management, workload prioritization, and cross-training to ensure business continuity and promoting employee wellness
• Supports internal audits, regulatory inspections, customer audits, and compliance activities by ensuring records, documentation, and processes maintain inspection readiness
• Conducts regular team meetings, performance reviews, and operational planning sessions to align personnel with business objectives, department goals, and customer requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 3+ years of experience in quality in a regulated environment
