G.S. Precision, Inc. in Brattleboro, VT is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee daily quality control functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment serving aerospace and defense sectors.

You will lead internal and supplier audits, develop remediation plans, maintain quality documentation, and monitor metrics to drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with customer requirements. The role requires hands-on inspection, blueprint reading, and data analysis.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• SPC experience.
• 5+ years of Quality experience.
• Computer skills, manufacturing software, MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail, strong follow up.
• Sense of urgency, initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the day to day quality control function of the facility.
• Facilitate internal, external and customer audits. Generate remediation plans and responses for audits and submit for approval.

• Perform internal spot audits at regular intervals.
• Lead all internal quality investigations.
• Generate and revise all quality related documents. Quality Manual, Policy, Instructions, and forms.
• Responsible for investigating and closing out non-conformances within the quality system.
• Maintain metrics and provide ongoing reports for Management Team.
• Maintain document control and management system.
• Review of required customer paperwork prior to shipment.

Requirements
