Total-Western is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the QA/QC program, ensure compliance, and drive product quality. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and site leadership to maintain quality standards and support safe, efficient construction and maintenance activities.
You will oversee QA/QC personnel, perform inspections, review welding procedures, and generate timely reports for customers and management.

The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for leading and maintaining the Company's Quality Management System to ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements. This role will provide direct leadershipof quality inspection while partnering with Operations, Engineering, and site leadership to drive product quality, process discipline, and operational excellence. Understand & help maintain the Company’s U, S, & R Stamp Program.
Compensation Range: $48.00 - $55.00 hourly rate
