The Quality Specialist Technician I is responsible for executing quality initiatives across laboratory operational disciplines. This role assists in maintaining a Quality Program by applying recognized principles of quality assurance and current Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), as well as applicable standards for Clinical Research Organization (CRO) work performed by NeoGenomics. The Quality Specialist Technician I reports to operational management (Supervisor, Manager, or Director) while also maintaining a collaborative, dotted-line partnership and close working relationship with Quality Assurance and Compliance personnel.
