Job Description

The Quality Specialist works cross-functionally to support the training needs of business partners. This training support includes administering the electronic learning management system (LMS), maintaining the training catalog, and developing training materials. The Quality Specialist works with high independence and is adept at troubleshooting problems to create and execute improved internal procedures and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Cornerstone, Document Review, Training, and Veeva in a GxP environment.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to the following:

Training Program Management
  • Complete Training Impact Assessments (TIAs)
  • Provide customer support (troubleshooting, answering questions, addressing incident tickets)
  • Create and maintain learning objects, user groups, curricula, and learning assignments within LMS
  • Manage training materials within DMS
  • Collaborate with business partners in developing on-the-job (OJT) training curricula and task assessments
  • Triage incoming daily communications to QA Training team email
  • Assist in development of training process changes or continuous improvements
  • Provide guidance on general training issues of varying complexity
AUDIT & INSPECTION SUPPORT
  • Provide reports to evidence GxP personnel training qualifications, as needed
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
  • Develops and provides training to GxP Training Administrators for LMS system role
  • Provide customer support (troubleshooting, answering questions, addressing incident tickets)
  • Create and maintain learning objects, user groups, curricula, and learning assignments within LMS
  • Manage training materials within the electronic document management system (DMS)
  • Collaborate with business partners in developing training materials, training curricula, and task assessments
Service Now Training Administration
  • Execute ServiceNow GxP Training Assignments requests
  • Resolve ServiceNow incident tickets submitted by the learning community
  • Maintain ServiceNow role-based catalog
Strategic Training Partnership
  • Participates in functional project teams to advocate GxP Training Program requirements and learning best practices
  • Liaises with functional Training Coordinators to align GxP training program initiatives and training compliance
Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience, or relevant comparable background
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Proficient in Zoom and the Microsoft Office suite of products
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand LMS and Veeva DMS

Pay Range

$45/hr
