Responsibilities

• Conduct post audits.
• Monitor critical profiles based on outflow risk (QA Hotlist).
• Support quality equipment functionality and troubleshooting.
• Communicate with Quality Department & Operations on jobs and priority.
• Assist in tracking trends or quality issues.
• Communicate compromised runs to Production, Quality and Process teams.
• Assist training floor associates on procedures and gauges/tools.
• Assist Production to manage hold areas and containment activities.
• Flexibility to support off shifts / weekends as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct post audits

• Monitor critical profiles based on outflow risk (QA Hotlist)

• Support quality equipment functionality / troubleshooting (Bytewise, Keyence, length gauges, etc)

• Communicate with Quality Department & Operations regarding jobs running and job priority

• Assist in tracking trends or quality issues

• Communicate compromised runs to the Process, Production, and Quality Departments

• Assist in training floor associates on procedures & quality gauges / tools

• Assist Production to manage hold areas

• Understand and support containment activities

• Flexibility to support off shifts / weekends as needed
