Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; quality-focused background preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality environments.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems.
• Experience using quality tools (8D, FMEA) and problem-solving methodologies.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and visual inspections of products and components.
• Test incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products.
• Identify and document non-conformances; escalate when needed.
• Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and data for Pareto analysis.
• Participate in audits, process reviews, and risk assessments.
• Support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
