As a Quality Specialist in Receivables Operations, you will support quality control activities to ensure adherence to and consistency of Standard Operating Procedures within the department. Your responsibilities include performing quality reviews of processed work such as new hire batches, high-risk extractors, and end-to-end processes involving platform and procedural changes. You will conduct side-by-side observations, provide performance improvement recommendations, share best practices, and assist in staff training and cross-training. Accurate updates to our Quality tool, data collection, and maintenance related to quality reviews are essential.
Sunday - Thursday, 11 PM - 7:30 AM
Shift Differential: 15%
Note: This position may require non-traditional hours or additional hours based on business needs, and schedules are subject to change.
A Government Security Clearance may be necessary, including fingerprinting, credit checks, employment and tax history, references, and proof of U.S. legal permanent residence.
