Job summary

The Boeing Company in Seattle, WA is offering a 10-12 week Quality Specialist Intern program for students. You will support reviews, maintain quality directives, collect data for root causes, and assist audits to ensure compliance. This onsite internship requires U.S.

person status and offers relocation eligibility for eligible candidates. Qualified applicants are pursuing a degree with a focus on quality, engineering, or related fields and must be available for Summer 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university with expected graduation after August 2027.
• Availability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2027.
• Must meet Export Control compliance as a “U.S. Person” (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Responsibilities

• Support reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements, ensuring safety and quality are embedded.
• Assist with maintaining Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics, while demonstrating ownership and diligence.
• Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of routine problems, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Prepare for hardware, software, and system-level audits, supporting trustworthy transparency and compliance.
