Job summary

Boeing seeks motivated interns for its 2027 Quality Specialist Intern program, offering hands-on experience in safety and quality within aerospace. You will work under a mentor, solve real-world problems, and gain exposure to Boeing's manufacturing and research facilities.

Preferred candidates excel in project planning, leadership, and data analytics, with a passion for aerospace and a readiness to relocate and work onsite at designated locations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university with expected graduation on or after August 2027.
• Availability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2027.
• Meet Export Control compliance as a 'U.S. Person' (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Responsibilities

• Support reviews of proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements, ensuring safety and quality are embedded in plans and practices.
• Assist with maintaining Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics, while demonstrating ownership and diligence.
• Collect and analyze data to identify root causes of routine problems, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Support research and analysis of performance reports with accuracy and responsibility to enhance process capability.
• Prepare for hardware, software, and system-level audits, supporting trustworthy transparency and compliance.
