POSITION SUMMARY
This position supports the fulfillment, inventory, and quality processes for BP Cuff Adapter and implementation kits. It manages inventory transactions and stock levels for adapters, tools, and kit components; builds and ships cases to implementation sites; maintains and replaces implementation tools; and reviews completed installation and Field Service Records for completeness and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) compliance. The role requires strong attention to detail and customer service, the ability to respond to last-minute requests with urgency while following documented process, and the communication and courage to escalation documentation gaps or field issues.
