Job summary

Andrews Distributing Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Quality Specialist to preserve draft beer quality and freshness through timely line cleaning, service responsiveness, and support for keg delivery and equipment setup.

The role is part of the On Premise Sales team with requirements for high school education, strong communication, basic math, and a valid Texas driver's license. Weekend/holiday work is expected.

Responsibilities

• Services all draft accounts and performs scheduled maintenance including cleaning of beer lines and draft equipment.
• Completes service logs documenting chemical use standards and confirms the account is consumer-ready.
• Ensures training and compliance certification is current by completing required activities.
• Monitors temperature, pressure, and freshness dates; maintains line-cleaning records for each account.
• Role requires flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
