Job summary

Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a Quality Specialist in Phoenix, AZ, to support quality assurance activities, ensure standards compliance, and promote product and process excellence. The role collaborates with operations and engineering to monitor quality, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.

The position offers a 3–6 month engagement with a pay range of $21–$27 per hour (W2). Overtime and weekend work are required as part of the shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using measurement tools and interpreting technical drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willing to work weekends and overtime; shift is 6:00am to 2:30pm.
• Ability to provide feedback to production teams to prevent recurring defects.
