Job summary

Technimark is seeking a quality inspector for our El Paso plant to ensure conformance with validated processes and customer expectations. You will train inspectors, review DHRs, perform audits, and manage non-conforming product and quality records.

The role supports production with root-cause investigations and corrective actions, conducts gage R&R studies, and may cover other quality duties as needed. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds and occasional bending.

Qualifications

• Experience inspecting finished goods and identifying non-conformities.
• Ability to review DHRs and maintain quality records.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Train and assess the competency of quality inspection personnel to perform inspections for non-conforming goods.
• Review, approve and file Device History Records (DHR).
• Audit inspections to ensure compliance with internal or customer requirements.
• Identify, segregate and dispose of non-conforming product.
• Maintain and control production quality records.
• Assist in gage R&R and capability studies as needed.
• Support manufacturing activities and other quality tasks as directed.
• Open internal rejects and assist in root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Cover other quality work areas as needed.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending/squatting as required.
