Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, or Construction Management within twelve (12) months of graduation date.
• Eligible for the University Hire Program (typically hired within 12 months of graduation).
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and willing to relocate/travel domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leaders to model and reward quality behaviors.
• Implement and sustain the quality core processes: continuous improvement, lessons learned, corrective action, and people-based quality.
• Assist in development and implementation of quality assurance procedures, standardized metrics, and quality performance dashboards.
• Ensure quality-related procedures and manuals conform to corporate/project QA program/plan requirements.
• Develop quality audit checklists and conduct audits across engineering, procurement, construction, testing, operations, or decommissioning.
• Monitor the project quality program/plan and review documents to ensure applicable quality requirements are met.
• Assess project quality documentation and quality control inspection plans.
• Conduct qualitative and cognitive trending from various issues management systems.
• Perform in-process reviews to identify issues, analyze causes, and recommend corrective actions.
