Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Site Leader to oversee missions at the Marion site and coordinate client relationships, staffing, training, and quality control. The role requires leadership, safety focus, and the ability to operate across multiple tasks with inspections when needed.

You will report to the Site Manager/Supervisor, ensure compliance with company and customer guidelines, and maintain a productive, safe workplace while driving performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• Quality or inspection knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and support business development at the site.
• Set up and supervise missions and staffing of inspectors.
• Coordinate changes in missions and verify material quality per standards.
• Maintain 5S, document audits, and ensure safety compliance.
• Act as liaison between Site Manager and inspectors; perform inspections when needed.
