Job summary

Suja Life, Inc. is seeking a Quality Shift Manager to oversee product quality during the shift, ensuring compliance with GMP, SQF, HACCP, and food safety standards.

You will direct QA and Operations, manage CCP records, and maintain batch production records for dietary supplement products. The role includes a 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM schedule, Sunday-Thursday with OT flexibility on Fridays, and a focus on accountability, continuous improvement, and staff development within a fast-paced production

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
• HACCP knowledge is preferred.
• HACCP/SQF awareness and GMP compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure GMP, SQF and HACCP compliance on shift.
• Improve Quality Management System effectiveness.
• Conduct quarterly QA staff performance reviews.
• Review CCP records and ensure products meet critical parameters.
• Maintain batch production records for dietary supplement products.
• Oversee CPP allergen controls and labeling accuracy.
• Review monthly quality audits and implement corrective actions.
• Manage out-of-spec results and investigations.
• Present monthly staff meetings with data-driven updates.
