Overview

This position is for (4) Quality Services Representatives. This position is part of the Supplier Quality Services organization which coordinates resources and schedules for inspection services.

Responsibilities

• Assuring inspection resources are available and assigned at suppliers
• Coordinating the workflow for requesting, screening, and assigning new inspection resources
• Communication with 3rd party service companies to ensure resource requests are completed
• Resolving systems issues for inspectors and suppliers
• Scheduling Supplier Survey activities
• Crafting reports of upcoming or past due activities
• Communication of task completions or issues within the Supplier Quality organization

• Takes and processes orders by telephone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives
• Quotes prices and delivery dates; checks stock and expediting information
• Provides order status and pricing information to customers
• Enters and maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reports
• Acts as liaison between customer and factory in expediting orders
• Processes and makes adjustments to database for returned goods by entering orders, credits, etc.
• Expedites emergency orders upon customer requests within parameters
• Maintains knowledge of company products and customer service processes
