Responsibilities

• Manage quality within the Ryan White HIV Care program across Central and Southwest Missouri regions.
• Provide leadership, consultation, contract monitoring, and technical assistance to contracted agencies.
• Direct professional contracted staff and provider staff on deliverables and policy interpretations.
• Provide client database training, case management training, and guidance to staff.
• Travel statewide; occasional travel for out-of-state training opportunities.

The Bureau of HIV, STI, and Hepatitis is seeking a highly qualified individual to work as the Central Region Quality Service Manager and Case Manager Educator within the Ryan White HIV Care System.

The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.

• This person works within the Ryan White HIV Care program and is a specialized professional who manages, monitors, and evaluates quality in the Ryan White program in the Central and Southwest regions within the state of Missouri.
• The Quality Service Manager collaborates with contracted case management agencies to ensure services are delivered in compliance with the statewide standards, policies and procedures. This person provides leadership, consultation, contract monitoring, and technical assistance to contracted agencies in assigned regions.
• The Quality Service Manager directs professional contracted and subcontracted staff on expected deliverables and policy and procedure interpretation for HIV Case Management. Provides case managers and case management supervisors with technical assistance, direction, training, consultation, and serves as a contractor/case management agency liaison to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with contractors.
• Provides client database training, case management training and guidance.
• Travel throughout the state is required with occasional travel for out-of-state training opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work with 2 or more years of social work experience or
• Licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker and 2 or more years of licensed master social work experience.
• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and 2 or more years of licensed clinical social work experience.
