Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Quality Screener to ensure timely, accurate processing of materials and documentation within the warehouse system. This role supports quality assurance by maintaining records and verifying data accuracy while upholding safety and operational standards.

You will follow safety policies, OSHA regulations, and standard work procedures; work a 12-hour shift on a 2-2-3 rotation; and contribute to continuous improvement efforts including Kaizen.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize documentation, including filing and archiving of required records
• Verify data accuracy and support quality control processes within assigned areas
• Report all deviations, discrepancies, or damages immediately
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen activities
• Maintain 5S standards within assigned work areas
• Follow emergency procedures and protocols as required

This position supports quality assurance processes by maintaining records, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of materials in accordance with quality standards
• Maintain and organize documentation, including filing and archiving of required records
• Verify data accuracy and support quality control processes within assigned areas

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Ability to work a 12 hour shift on a 2-2-3 rotation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling
• Basic administrative and record-keeping skills
• Ability to follow standardized processes and quality procedures
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Warehouse environment with moderate to high noise levels
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Required use of Personal Protective Equipment while on the shop floor
• Exposure to moving equipment and operational warehouse conditions
