Schnellecke Logistics USA is seeking a Quality Screener to ensure timely, accurate processing of materials and documentation in the warehouse. This role supports quality assurance by maintaining records, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.

The position requires a 12-hour shift with a 2-2-3 rotation. It involves standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and following standard work procedures in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies, OSHA regulations, and standard work procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of materials in line with quality standards.
• Maintain and organize documentation, including filing and archiving records.
• Verify data accuracy and support quality control within assigned areas.
• Report deviations, discrepancies, or damages immediately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen activities.
• Maintain 5S standards in assigned work areas.
• Follow emergency procedures and protocols as required.

Day and Night shift available: 5:45-6, 12 hour shift, 2-2-3 rotation

Position Summary:

The Quality Screener role is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of materials and documentation within the warehouse system. This position supports quality assurance processes by maintaining records, verifying data accuracy, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies, OSHA regulations, and standard work procedures at all times
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of materials in accordance with quality standards
• Maintain and organize documentation, including filing and archiving of required records
• Verify data accuracy and support quality control processes within assigned areas
• Report all deviations, discrepancies, or damages immediately
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen activities
• Maintain 5S standards within assigned work areas
• Follow emergency procedures and protocols as required

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Ability to work a 12 hour shift on a 2-2-3 rotation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data handling
• Basic administrative and record-keeping skills
• Ability to follow standardized processes and quality procedures
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening

Work Environment

• Warehouse environment with moderate to high noise levels
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Required use of Personal Protective Equipment while on the shop floor
• Exposure to moving equipment and operational warehouse conditions
