Pierre Landscape, a Southern California leader in commercial landscape construction, is seeking a Quality and Safety Supervisor who embodies our core values of Safety, Quality, and Excellence. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our field operations uphold the highest standards of workmanship, efficiency, and compliance.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who models safe practices, ensures consistent quality across all projects, and drives accountability among field teams. You’ll collaborate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and Foremen to deliver outstanding results—safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead with Safety: Champion Pierre’s safety culture by enforcing all company and OSHA standards, conducting jobsite safety walks, and coaching field staff on hazard recognition and prevention.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee and document daily quality control inspections to ensure all work meets company standards, client expectations, and contract specifications.
  • Site Oversight: Conduct regular job walks with Project Managers, GCs, and clients to assess progress, safety conditions, and quality performance.
  • Warranty & Post-Project Management: Own warranty response and resolution, ensuring issues are addressed promptly and permanently.
  • Field Leadership: Supervise and support Foremen and crews through clear direction, ongoing training, and consistent performance feedback.
  • Maintenance Transition: Coordinate the start and end of maintenance periods per contract and ensure close-out documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Operational Tracking: Maintain production logs (budget vs. actual) and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Training & Development: Lead and document training sessions on topics such as irrigation systems, plant care, and safe equipment operation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate across departments to update SOPs, strengthen communication, and promote a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Professional Representation: Serve as a field ambassador for Pierre Landscape—demonstrating professionalism, safety awareness, and quality in all interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience in landscape construction or a similar field environment
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Skilled in training, mentoring, and motivating teams toward shared goals
  • High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and accountability mindset
  • Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
