Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Two years of experience leading quality improvement and/or program implementation projects in health care settings.
• Substitution: education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality improvement initiatives and program implementation.
• Monitor and report clinical, operational, and quality performance data.
• Assist with regulatory, accreditation, and compliance activities.
• Lead or support multiple quality improvement and program initiatives.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staff education, training, and competency activities.
