The Quality Safety Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Asheboro, NC, responsible for overseeing quality management and safety programs within the facility. This role monitors production processes and quality control activities, ensuring adherence to internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable certifications. The Quality Safety Manager conducts audits, analyzes nonconformities, implements corrective and preventive actions, and maintains documentation for compliance and continuous improvement. In addition, this position leads safety initiatives, develops and delivers training for team members, and collaborates with operations, engineering, and leadership to drive a culture of quality and workplace safety.
