Global Connections to Employment (GCE) is seeking a Quality Control Inspector Trainer to conduct regular inspections and develop training on workplace safety and food handling. The role is based on site at NAS Pensacola and Corry Station, with emphasis on accurate inspections, hazard identification, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years in food service, commercial sanitation, or health care.
• Minimum of one year supervising or leading teams preferred.
• ServSafe certification a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must speak and write English fluently.

Aufgaben

• Inspect facilities to identify safety hazards and ensure OSHA, FDA, and local health dept regulations are met.
• Perform risk assessments for building and food safety operations.
• Develop and implement safety protocols, emergency procedures, and food handling guidelines.
• Provide training sessions on safety procedures, PPE usage, and food safety best practices.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and allergen control measures.
• Maintain safety documentation and training records.
• Collaborate with facilities and food service teams for ongoing safety improvements.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices.
