Job summary

Louver Group in Dallas, TX seeks a Quality Engineering & EHS professional to oversee quality control systems and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. You will support ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 objectives while promoting a safe workplace.

Under the Quality Manager, you will develop standards, inspect products, audit processes, and drive continuous improvement across quality and EHS programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• CQE, CSP, and OSHA 30 certifications preferred.
• 3-5 years in quality assurance and/or EHS in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of QA methods, tools, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and environmental permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality standards and quality control systems.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance, including inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Inspect products and ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality requirements.
• Audit internal processes, initiate corrective and preventive actions, and monitor resolutions.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance product and process quality, including documentation.
• Communicate quality or compliance concerns promptly and effectively.
• Conforms to all Quality and Environmental Management System policies, objectives, and obligations.
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and meetings to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Obtain and manage necessary environmental permits.
• Assess and mitigate health risks associated with workplace activities or exposures.
• Create and enforce safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Conduct regular training sessions on EHS topics.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents, training, audits, and inspections.
• Act as the primary contact for workplace injuries, incidents, and related reporting.
