Leoforce is partnering with a Modesto, CA hospital to hire an Entry Level Quality/Risk Manager who will lead the hospital-wide quality management program and coordinate compliance with CMS and Joint Commission standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, risk oversight, and the ability to translate data from tools like Press Ganey, UDS, and ORYX into measurable improvements in patient outcomes, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality and/or Risk Management with primary responsibility for performance improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of CMS guidelines and Joint Commission standards, including survey readiness.
• Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Clinical background preferred (RN, therapy, or similar).

Job Details

Requirements

• Experience in Quality and/or Risk Management with primary responsibility for performance improvement and regulatory compliance
• Strong working knowledge of CMS guidelines and Joint Commission standards, including survey readiness
• Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
• Clinical background preferred (RN, therapy, or similar), though they are open to non clinical candidates with strong quality experience
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field preferred
