Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/quality control preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Able to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products and components to ensure quality standards.
• Identify defects, damage, or other quality issues.
• Perform rework and corrections on products as needed.
• Follow work instructions, specifications, and quality procedures.
• Use hand tools and other equipment to complete rework tasks.
• Separate and identify nonconforming products.
• Document quality issues and completed rework accurately.
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors or other team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
