• Experience in MedSurg, Telemetry, Orthopedics, or Oncology preferred.
• California RN license and BLS required.
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire or transfer.
• NIHSS Stroke Certification required within 90 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise in quality management review and performance improvement knowledge.
• Supports hospital units and staff in survey preparation, clinical documentation review, regulatory needs, and patient rounding with discharge calls.
• Assists in the review process and peer education/correction.
