• Experience in product quality, reliability, or product engineering, preferably in semiconductor industry.
• Strong familiarity with customer interactions and project management.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers on quality and reliability items.
• Lead cross-functional activities across design, platform, operations, and manufacturing to meet quality requirements.
• Communicate technical results clearly and drive issues to closure.
• Stay highly organized to balance multiple work streams against deadlines.
• Influence fab and OSAT suppliers to meet quality requirements including future technologies.
• Meet customer quality program achievements and drive end-of-life quality improvements.
• Maintain robust quality processes and quality management systems.
