Job summary

NewStar Sourcing and Service, LLC. is seeking a Quality, Regulatory, and Safety Manager to oversee the training and development of staff, hire new employees, and manage discipline or termination within the department.

The role audits processes, oversees materials and products, and leads the department to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has leadership experience, exceptional communication skills, and strong attention to detail, with a focus on livestock feed

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading a team.
• Experience in Quality Control and Regulatory Compliance.
• Experience in livestock feed industry.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training and development of staff in the department.
• Audit processes and systems; ensure all materials and products meet standards.
• Develop and maintain Supplier programs; ensure FSMA, FSVP and FDA requirements.
• Ensure labeling, recalls and traceability compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership on functional initiatives and performance.
