JPS Health Network is seeking a Quality & Regulatory Program Manager to oversee the workflow for reporting, guidance, and ongoing evaluation of risks and program performance at the Fort Worth location.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of project team experience; Master’s preferred. Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Eclipse) is expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Communications, Project Management, or related field from an accredited university.
  • 2 plus years of experience working on and/or supporting project teams or business units.
  • Experience using project management tools, i.e. Microsoft Project or Eclipse.

Responsibilities

  • Manages timelines, workflow, and data submissions to HHSC and CMS for related audits and compliance monitoring.
  • Responsible for reporting and submitting data, processes and workflow alignment; liaises with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Keeps project documentation up to date, including files, records and reports per scope of work.
  • Maintains timely communications with department leadership regarding regulatory issues, reporting projects, policies or procedures, and program performance.
  • Conducts research and communicates information on State Reporting and waiver programs in Texas and nationwide.
  • Coordinates communication with project teams and internal stakeholders; builds strong working relationships with teams.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Description

The Quality & Regulatory Program Manager serves to manage the overall workflow for reporting, technical guidance, and ongoing evaluation of risks and program performance.

Typical Duties
  • Manages timelines, workflow, and data submissions to Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and CMS for related audits and compliance monitoring.
  • Responsible for the work associated with the reporting and submitting of data, processes and workflow alignment. Identifies and resolves waiver specific matters impacting workflow processes and interacts with all levels of internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems and/or follow-through to resolution.
  • Responsible for the completion of projects including identification and resolution of risks and issues. Provides analytical support as necessary.
  • Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of all project documentation including all files, records and reports according to the scope of work.
  • Responsible for timely, effective communications with department leadership regarding all events or proposed changes, which may impact regulatory issues, reporting project development, policies or procedures, and/or ongoing evaluation of program performance.
  • Responsible for conducting all research, synthesizes, and communicates information on State Reporting and or other waiver programs underway in Texas and across the nation.
  • Coordinates communication with project teams and with internal stakeholders.
  • Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with project teams, and technical support teams.
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Communications, Project Management, or related field from an accredited university.
  • 2 plus years of experience working on and/or supporting project teams or business units.
  • Experience using project management tools, i.e. Microsoft Project or Eclipse.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Communications, Project Management, or related field from an accredited university.
  • 2 plus years of experience working with 1115 Healthcare Transformation Waiver or possess general understanding of Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment Projects (DSRIP).
  • 2 plus years of experience contributing to and/or supporting project teams.

Preferred Licensure/Certification:

  • Project Management Professional Certification and/or Lean Six Sigma.
