Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking candidates for the Quality & Regulatory Leadership Program (QRLP) to embark on three 8‑month critical assignments within Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs.

QRLPs offer exposure across the GE HealthCare business and include teambuilding, mentoring, career development opportunities, and impactful rotations across QA, regulatory, product surveillance, and related areas.

Qualifications

  • Masters or Graduate degree required (Target graduation date between December 2026-May 2027)
  • Target majors include Engineering, Science, Biology, Clinical Research, Health Policy/Law Health Product Regulation, Regulatory Science/Affairs, Quality Assurance or related field
  • Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
  • Geographic mobility: Must be willing to relocate throughout the 2 years of rotations

Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Product Surveillance, and related assignments across rotations
  • Support Corrective & Preventive Action, Design Controls, and QMS Compliance activities
  • Participate in Global Audit and regulatory initiatives, contributing to product quality)

The GE HealthCare Quality & Regulatory Leadership Program (QRLP) is the premier development program for individuals seeking a career in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. The Quality & Regulatory Leadership Program provides exposure across the GE HealthCare business and consists of three 8-month business critical assignments within the Quality & Regulatory organization.

Job Description

QRLPs will have a wide range of assignment selections such as: Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Product Surveillance, Complaint Handling, Production & Process Controls, Corrective & Preventative Action, Design Controls, Product Quality, QMS Compliance, and/or Global Audit. Each assignment is designed to both expose you to GE HealthCare strategic initiatives as well as the role that Quality and Regulatory Affairs play in achieving the business’ objectives.

In addition to meaningful & impactful rotations, the Quality & Regulatory Leadership Program includes teambuilding, mentoring, career development opportunities, and more. The Quality and Regulatory Leadership Program provides you with exceptional experiences and accelerates your career.

Qualifications
  • Masters or Graduate degree required (Target graduation date between December 2026-May 2027)
  • Target majors include Engineering, Science, Biology, Clinical Research, Health Policy/Law Health Product Regulation, Regulatory Science/Affairs, Quality Assurance or related field
  • Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0
  • Geographic mobility: Must be willing to relocate (relocation assistance provided) throughout the 2 years of rotations
