Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 3-5 years in quality/regulatory roles preferred.
• RN license preferred but not required.
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.
• Salary range provided: 145k–165k.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NYSDOH/CMS & TJC data collection and submission per policy.
• Develop policies/procedures aligned with regulatory guidance and best practices.
• Maintain annual education requirements for the Primary Center Stroke Team.
• Lead performance improvement, quality assurance, and patient safety initiatives.
• Coordinate regulatory surveys and reporting activities; advise VP and hospital staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise quality solutions.
• Monitor QA processes and expand regression testing and staff education.
• Develop QA metrics and ensure interoperability of manual and EHR documentation.
• Act as liaison with NYSDOH and participate in hospital-wide quality committees.
