Job summary

UnityPoint Health – Robert Young Center is seeking a Quality Management Clerk to support accurate medical records and reliable data for clinical leadership. This role focuses on data collection, validation, and reporting to enable informed decisions and improved patient outcomes.

The position is full-time, with a standard M-F 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shift. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Prior quality management or behavioral health experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review electronic medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Collect, validate, and analyze clinical and statistical data for reports, graphs, and scorecards.
• Support process improvements and performance initiatives to enhance patient care and program effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with Rule 132, HIPAA, 42 CFR, and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and leadership to provide insights and support data-driven decisions.
