This position is responsible for managing, implementing, and executing on key projects throughout Quality.The position provides support through representation of senior leadership interests in both internal and external initiatives, and in some cases is an active team member on Quality strategy initiatives.The Project Manager provides business support, manages quality improvement and implementation projects, facilitates meetings and manages documents and workflows. The Project Manager will identify project planning and prioritization, documentation of project timelines/accountability by working with cross-functional teams and leadership, staff and/or stakeholders to achieve stated project goals and deliverable. Accountable for supervising assigned projects and operational collaboration during implementation of new processes. Coordinates with project managers, program managers, business analysts, training teams, and other stakeholders to ensure all goals and objectives are met.
The position is responsible for creating business requirements, completing in- depth analysis, owning the development of project plans, being the liaison between the business and our development team, and recommending areas of improvement and enhancement. This position will partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements for the development of reports, dashboards, decision aids, and business case analysis to support Optum Health.

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
