Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quality Manager to join our DDI team.

This pivotal role involves driving the quality of written deliverables supporting an impactful case management system for our social services agency client.

Main responsibilities include:
  1. Implementing quality management processes and developing tools to monitor and enforce adherence to QA processes for written deliverables.
  2. Implementing and enforcing QC procedures to prevent errors and ensure consistency, applying best practices as needed.
  3. Managing a repository of QA and QC documentation on SharePoint, with ongoing process improvements.
  4. Collaborating with team leads to define project scope, coordinate solutions, and develop action plans for improvements.
  5. Ensuring project scope consistency across all functions, including written deliverables and schedules.
  6. Working with the Technical Writer, QA Lead, and project team to resolve systemic issues, reviewing and approving all written deliverables before client release.
  7. Mapping essential workflows within the project.
  8. Providing quality coaching to cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or English.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles; Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in Quality Improvement and CAP.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with project lifecycle phases.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, writing, and editing skills.
  • Proficiency with Word styles and document features.
  • Experience collaborating with clients and building relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing and coaching peers.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined for remote work.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, up to once per quarter.
