Responsibilities

• Quality Reporting & Data Coordination using Excel and reports.
• Prepare, format, organize, and distribute quality reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with analysts to prepare data for engaging providers and outreach.
• Coordinate member outreach activities and track outcomes.
• Support quality management initiatives from planning through completion.
• Assist in health plan meetings and document follow-ups.
