Storyteller Overland, LLC is seeking a Quality Production Specialist to strengthen daily operations within the Quality Production team. You will ensure each vehicle is assembled with quality practices, serving as a brand ambassador in our vanlife community.

You will enforce high standards, support training with the production team, inspect multiple points of quality, document deviations, and collaborate with engineering to fix issues. This exempt, full-time role emphasizes detail and stamina.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience on a quality team in manufacturing preferred.
• Auto manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enforce Storyteller Overland's high-quality standards across the assembly process.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure proper assembly practices and training.
• Inspect at multiple points inside, under, and on top of the product.
• Document data to track deviations in assembly and parts quality.
• Identify issues with parts/techniques and partner with engineering to resolve them.
• Co-elevate with the team through collaboration and camaraderie to uplift quality.
• Undertake additional duties to support organizational goals.
