Leprino Foods Company in Roswell, NM is hiring a Quality Processing Lab Office Assistant to support QA operations, data entry, and documentation within GMP and USDA-compliant procedures.

You will assist with sampling, lab tests per SOPs, record-keeping, and coordinating sample shipments while communicating across production teams; starting wage $22.28/hr with a $1.25 night shift premium and six‑month step increase.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and comprehend procedures that direct the position’s assignments.
• Ability to communicate well between all production departments.
• Maintain production files and generate reports; adhere to GMP and USDA requirements.
• Must be 18+ and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production files and generate reports used daily.
• Assist with sampling and administrative procedures in the department.
• Perform lab tests per SOPs and ensure accuracy of results.
• Coordinate product sampling/shipping between corporate, warehouse, and FedEx.
• Record-keeping for samples, shipments, and hold/release documentation.
