Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in batch manufacturing quality.
• Experience with data management, Excel, Six Sigma/Lean, and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Establish QC processes and requirements and ensure consistent application.
• Improve standard processes and support quality metrics.
• Lead testing for all new customers/products including specification testing.
• Lead scale-up testing for new products.
• Hiring/training of new technicians.
