Job summary

GMRE is seeking a Quality & Continuous Improvement Lead to act as the quality SME and drive improvements across the enterprise. You will manage the QMS, support audits, and partner with departments to define, document, and improve processes, work instructions, and records.

The role emphasizes leading root-cause analysis, preventive action, and performance measurement to raise organizational maturity and customer confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing AS9100D and ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Ability to lead internal audits, process assessments, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Strong written communication and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continually improve GMRE's QMS in alignment with AS9100D and ISO 9001.
• Coordinate day-to-day administration and maintenance of the QMS and support audits.
• Lead enterprise process-improvement initiatives across departments to improve efficiency and maturity.
• Support programs, manufacturing, and supplier quality through quality planning and issue resolution.
• Promote standardization and sharing of best practices across GMRE.
