Job summary

Key tasks include troubleshooting production issues, performing process audits, reading tapes/measures, and documenting results to communicate clearly with the production team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work well within a team and manage relationships within the manufacturing environment
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Working knowledge of creating/editing spreadsheets and word documents

Responsibilities

• Verify process control standards are followed by operations and leadership.
• Ensure instrumentation for controlling the process is functioning and report issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
• Train operations personnel on proper process control methods.
• Assist with troubleshooting production issues and develop corrective action plans.
• Read a tape measure and a metric scale for quality checks.
