Job summary

Storyteller Overland, LLC is seeking a Quality & Process Engineer to join our TED team and help drive safety, quality, cost, and delivery improvements across all manufacturing operations. You will work closely with production, quality, purchasing, service, and management to optimize processes and sustain our culture of craftsmanship.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in engineering within a fast-paced environment, a BS in mechanical/industrial engineering, and hands-on experience with lean methods

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/assembly environment; lean manufacturing experience a plus.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and complete tasks while multitasking.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills; proactive teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate production processes, equipment, and safety practices to identify risks and improvements.
• Develop and maintain standardized work instructions and procedures.
• Lead engineering change management to implement process and product changes.
• Identify opportunities for tooling, fixtures, and ergonomic improvements to boost productivity.
• Collaborate with Product Development and R&D to support design validation and manufacturability.
• Support training programs and standardized work across the operation.
• Perform time studies, line balancing, and throughput analysis to reduce bottlenecks.
• Analyze data, prepare reports and CAPA to drive data‑driven decisions.
• Support APQP activities including PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, PPAP.
