Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership, management, or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of quality, financial, and operations protocols.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product and process quality by monitoring performance and testing.
• Apply troubleshooting to existing processes and quality concerns.
• Lead root cause analysis and address deviations from standards.
• Monitor process capability and drive permanent improvements.
• Mentor operators to improve adherence to standards.
• Analyze production workflows for inefficiencies and improvements.
• Support process standardization, documentation, and training.
• Lead audits, customer visits, and technical discussions.
• Foster accountability, quality ownership, and continuous improvement.
