Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Six Sigma Black Belt training or willingness to complete is preferred.
• Manufacturing experience, especially in quality roles, is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in SMS audits to ensure quality and operational standards.
• Provide quality leadership and data analysis to improve extrusion, twisting, and heatset processes.
• Lead SPC monitoring and coaching to reduce variation and improve product quality.
• Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions to prevent off-quality events.
• Collaborate with suppliers and Yarn Technical for materials and systems quality.
• Oversee lab operations, calibration, and testing accuracy; manage lab scheduling.
