Job summary

You will develop KPI dashboards with Power BI or Tableau, mentor project teams on quality practices, and contribute to AI and automation initiatives to improve productivity and governance maturity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience may substitute each year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience relating to the job description.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement processes across BPM and IT engagements.
• Ensure alignment with delivery expectations and contractual commitments.
• Lead audit programs, SLA governance, and risk management activities.
• Develop KPI-driven reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Promote continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and quality methodologies.
• Monitor project performance with defined KPIs and governance measures.
