Job summary

Printing Machine Operator in Erlanger, KY is responsible for loading, unloading, testing, and operating the Spartanic Punch in the KEM department. You will monitor production runs, inspect finished sheets for proper registration and quality, and maintain logs and documentation.

Second shift, 2:45pm-10:45pm, Monday through Friday. Compensation is $18-$22 per hour. Join a team-focused environment with emphasis on safety and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of machine operation experience.
• Prior printing experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate, clean, inspect, and troubleshoot printing and coating equipment while following established operating procedures.
• Load materials, monitor production runs, and inspect finished sheets to ensure proper registration, alignment, and overall product quality.
• Complete production logs and required documentation, communicate equipment or production issues promptly, and work closely with team leads to meet production schedules.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards and company policies.
