Job summary

Acutec-Precision-Aerospace, Inc. is seeking a Quality Planning Lead to ensure accurate and current quality plans for all jobs, including NPI and process changes.

You will develop customer-facing quality documentation using Excel-based tools and macros, and communicate requirements to production and inspection teams. Responsibilities include maintaining inspection plans, coordinating with internal teams, and applying risk management tools such as PFMEA/DFMEA to address identified risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent with 5+ years in a related field.
• Knowledge of Quality Planning, zero defect planning, and quality documentation.
• Six Sigma Green-Belt or other process improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Quality Documentation Team and Quality Engineering – Planning Team.
• Train and assist other employees as needed.
• Ensure quality plans meet customer requirements and are in place for all jobs (NPI, process changes).
